Discretionary Grant – 2nd Closed Funding Window 2023/2024

Please note that discretionary grants are currently available for only one programme  – Fire Fighting for workers that have already been trained between 01 April 2023 to date, or is scheduled to commence no later than the 25^th of March 2024.

Stakeholders are requested to not submit applications for anything else as the grants for the financial year ending on 31 March 2024 have been depleted, SASSETA wishes to use the limited available time and resources evaluating only Fire Fighting.

SASSETA will be launching a new portal for stakeholders to submit their applications on and will open a full funding window in April 2024 for all training that will be done between April 2024 and 31 March 2025.
